FFL Transfer
Down Range Training will only accept a firearm transfer from licensed FFL dealers and manufacturers. We are unable to accept transfers from private individuals in other states. There are NO EXCEPTIONS* The item will be sent back at the purchasers expense.
*I will accept private transfers only in the state of Arizona. The seller must possess a valid CCW, state ID or Driver License NO EXPECTIONS
Upon request, Down Range Training will provided a copy of our FFL to the transferring FFL via e-mail or postal mail (no fax). We will NOT provide a copy of our FFL to any customer.
When purchasing a firearm or arranging for the transfer of a firearm, please contact Down Range Training. Firearms arriving without contact information for the transferee will remain at our secure storage location until transferee verification is complete. Firearms without a valid FFL enclosed, or sent ahead of the shipment, will be held in secure storage until the proper license is received from the transferring dealer.
Firearms shipped to Down Range Training are NOT available for pickup until contacted by our staff. Delivery confirmation through UPS/FEDEX/UPS/USPS/ETC does not signify firearms have been logged into our system (as required by the BATFE) and ready for pickup. Firearms are logged into our system in the order of delivery and may not be available on the same day. Please do not arrive to receive your firearm transfer until contacted by our staff. You must pick up your firearm at our location, our staff will NOT meet you at another location. Please be prompt for your scheduled time!!!
Firearm transfers being shipped out by Down Range Training to another FFL dealer will ship within 48-hours after being received by Down Range Training. The customer transferring the firearm must provide a suitable box for shipping. No insurance will be added to shipment unless requested by customer. We will ONLY ship to FFL dealers after receiving a valid copy of their FFL license. In addition to our FFL transfer fee, customers are responsible for ALL shipping charges, insurance, delivery confirmation, adult signature fee, etc.

Any product that has not been picked up within 90 days of receipt becomes DRT property.

To receive the discount, valid identification must be provided at or before the time of transaction (valid Military ID, Veteran ID, or DD Form 214).
LAW ENFORCEMENT DISCOUNT:
As a “Thank You” to law enforcement officers, Down Range Training provides all local, state, and federal law enforcement officers with a discount on any qualified item, service, transfer, or training in recognition of their service and dedication to keeping our communities safe. To receive the discount, valid identification must be provided at or before the time of transaction.

We will also accept pistol or rifle brass in lieu of the regular fee. Please call first if you use these options
